You are about to get married and you want everything to be perfect on your wedding day. Part of that is making sure all the memories are happy ones.

Whether you simply want to transport the entire wedding party -- first the men and then the women, or you have guests staying at a variety of local hotels, the goal is to "get to the church on time". Let one of our drivers take the worry out of things.

The post ceremony photo session will provide time to transport many of your guests on to the reception with your coach, returning to the church for the entire wedding party just when they are ready to begin the celebration!

It's safe and convenient and what's even more important, it will keep everyone from gaining the attention of law enforcement as their euphoria or digestion gets the better of them.

Later as the reception winds down, guest transportation back to hotels or the church parking lot is that extra added touch of class and respect for everyone.

NOTE: Please make your request well in advance of your function date. One day assignments usually require an extensive driver search on our part.

Cost Benefits: A 40 or 45' Class A motorcoach can usually carry as many as 15 to 20 people. That is the equivalent of three limos that can cost $300 to $500 per car (and driver) for the same occasion. In comparison to this, AmericanRVTransport provides the following rates:

Driver: $185 per day (tipping is allowed)

ARVT Service Fee: 20% of invoice

Expenses such as fuel, tolls, parking or onboard catering, etc. are the responsibility of the client.

ARVT will provide a professional driver to transport your personal or corporate Recreational Vehicle from point to point. All vehicles must be legally titled to the client or dealer and be properly insured against fire, theft, collision and personal injury based on requirements of any state the vehicle passes through or is operated. All drivers are considered "occasional operators" and must be fully covered by the client's own insurance to cover any and all liability.

ARVT will make every effort to provide a driver who is local to your area or from the area of the destination point. In either event, a portion of the fee structure must cover the cost of a one-way airline ticket to return the driver to his or her base or for the driver to arrive at your location. It will be the client's responsibility to provide transportation of the driver from an airport to your coach or vice versa.

Client designated passengers are an option during most transports. In any such circumstance, overnight accommodation's for the driver or the passengers must be provided. Children under the age of 18 can not be transported at any time without the presence of an adult guardian.
