American RV Transport makes every effort to provide safe, reliable service at reasonable rates. While some aspects of any potential assignment may be subject to negotiation (prior to any work being done), we have accumulated a significant amount of actual experience with costs and we believe the rates we quote represent the benefits we offer. References are available on request.

Over-the-road, multi-day trips -- ( 450 miles per day rate )

General Purposes: Extended Tours, Vacation, Sporting Events, Servicing Commitments, Vehicle Transfer

Use MapQuest to look up the distance to be traveled. As an example -- Boston, Massachusetts to Daytona Beach, Florida would be about 1250 miles. That means it would take a driver three days to make the trip at the standard of 450 miles per day.

Driver:
$185 per day of driving
$50 per day of "deadhead" transportation
(Tipping is allowed at the client's discretion.)

Flight Charge: ARVT will shop on-line for the lowest rates for a "coach" class ticket for our driver to either get to or from your destination. Client must preapprove purchase and provide a credit card retainer. Planning ahead will save you money.

Airport Transfer Charges: The client is expected to either arrange airport pickup or airport drop-off for any driver we provide. In the event a taxi or shuttle service is required, the client is responsible for any charges incurred.

Expenses such as fuel, servicing, tolls, parking or onboard (party) catering, etc. are the responsibility of the client. A prepaid cash "Float" will be requested for each assignment. The driver will provide a receipt for all expenses including the initial float payment. At no time will a driver be expected to "bankroll" any movement.

ARVT Service Fee: 20% of invoice

Special Events/Weddings/Day Trips --

Cost Benefits: A 40 or 45' Class A motorcoach can usually carry as many as 15 to 20 people. That is the equivalent of three limos that can cost $300 to $500 per car (and driver) for the same occasion. In comparison, AmericanRVTransport provides the following rates:

Driver: $185 per day (Tipping is allowed at the client's discretion.)

Optional Destination Wheel Polishing: $15 per exterior facing wheel

One Way Air Travel Expense: (Client's Responsibility)

Requirements --

ARVT will provide a professional driver to transport your personal or corporate Recreational Vehicle from point to point. All vehicles must be legally titled to the client or dealer and be properly insured against fire, theft, collision and personal injury based on requirements of any state the vehicle passes through or is operated. All drivers are considered "occasional operators" and must be fully covered by the client's own insurance to cover any and all liability.

ARVT will make every effort to provide a driver who is local to your area or from the area of the destination point. In either event, a portion of the fee structure must cover the cost of a one-way airline ticket to return the driver to his or her base or for the driver to arrive at your location. It will be the client's responsibility to provide transportation of the driver from an airport to your coach or vice versa.

Client designated passengers are an option during most transports. In any such circumstance, overnight accommodation's for the driver or the passengers must be provided. Children under the age of 18 can not be transported at any time without the presence of an adult guardian.
